Tribute videos and printed programs take staff hours. Tools here range from narrow helpers, such as photo sorting by age, to general design and video software. Anything automated should be checked by a person before a family sees it.
General tools publish their prices. Canva Pro is US$144 a year for one person and Canva Business is US$250 a year per person, with no seat minimum. Animoto offers a free plan with a watermark; its paid plans remove the watermark, and only the higher tiers add your logo and licensed stock media. Check the music licence on your plan before a video is played at a service or posted online.
Ask: Does the family get a copy of the finished video, and in what format? Can a family member review it before the service? Who owns the photos once they are uploaded?
